The Package at a Glance

Day 1 Home Cities to Edmonton, AB
Fly from your home cities to Edmonton or take the WestWorld coach from Regina and Saskatoon at no extra charge.
Day 2 Edmonton to Fort St. John, BC
Dawson Creek is where ‘Mile 0’ of the Alaskan Highway begins and that will be one of our stops today. A group photo will be taken at the Mile 0 sign and turned into a souvenir placemat.
Day 3 Fort St John to Fort Nelson, BC
As we leave Fort St John, we really feel the northern adventure has begun!
Day 4 Fort Nelson to Watson Lake, BC
Get used to the beautiful scenery...you’ll be seeing a lot more of it over the next few days! Our day finishes with a stop at the Sign Post Forest. You are welcome to bring along your own sign. Your guide will have everything you need to put it up!
Day 5 Watson Lake to Whitehorse, YT
On our way into Whitehorse, you will be treated to the beautiful scenery of Miles Canyon, and after a stop at our hotel, it's on to the hilarious ‘Frantic Follies’ Vaudeville Revue!
Day 6 Whitehorse to Skagway, Alaska and return
We will see yet another side of the amazing Alaska Gold Rush history from a sea perspective. The little port town of Skagway was the gateway for the gold seekers, many of whom never returned, and we get there via the beautiful and historic White Pass and Yukon Railroad.
Day 7 Whitehorse to Dawson City, YT
Dawson City is a true Gold Rush town still boasting gravel roads, wooden sidewalks and history galore. Tonight, you visit Diamond Tooth Gerties.
Day 8 Dawson City
You experience the Gold Rush yourself with a chance to pan for gold. We have a local guide for an amazing historic tour of the Dawson City area to help us see the way it was 100 years ago.
Day 9 Dawson City to Fairbanks, Alaska

After a special stop to visit the North Pole and “Santa Claus House”, our day finishes in Fairbanks for a two-night stay.

Day 10 Fairbanks
An exciting day starts with a city tour of Fairbanks and we board the Riverboat Discovery. See a bush plane taking off from a “bush” style runway, visit the home and kennels of the late four-time Iditarod winner Susan Butcher, and gain insight into the ancient Athabascan Indian culture. Alaskan Native guides who have worked and lived in Alaska take you on a personalized tour of the Chena Indian Village. To top off the day, a fantastic Salmon Bake Dinner.
Day 11 Fairbanks to Denali, Alaska
See incredible Mt McKinley on our way to overnight in Denali National Park, where there are lots of options available to enjoy.
Day 12 Denali to Anchorage
Arriving in Anchorage, we start the day with a city tour and an interesting stop at the Alaska Wildberry Factory to see the World’s Largest.......maybe we’ll keep it a surprise ‘till we get there!
Day 13 Board the Millenium for the
Alaska Cruise.
Day 14 Cruising Hubbard Glacier
2:00–6:00 p.m. PM Hubbard Glacier - the largest tidewater glacier on the North American continent - is the one glacier in the world that does not move at a glacial pace. In 1986, it moved an average of just under 5.5 feet per hour. Keep a watchful eye as you sail through the Yakutat Bay, as you may be a witness to geological history.
Day 15 Juneau Port of Call
9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Where Earl Grey meets Eddie Bauer would be a good way to describe the charms of Alaska’s capital city. Here the pioneering spirit lives on in an interesting mix of cosmopolitan chic and frontier ruggedness.
Day 16 Skagway Port of Call
7:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m. By embracing its gold-rush past, Skagway has managed to preserve a frontier spirit complete with saloons and dance-hall revues.
Day 17 Icy Strait Point
7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Fifty miles west of Juneau and at the mouth of Glacier Bay, lies historic Icy Strait Point. Travellers have the unique opportunity to experience Tlingit culture, superior wildlife viewing opportunities and years of Alaskan history.
Day 18 Ketchikan Port of Call
9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.: Your first chance to soak up the Alaska experience. In the heart of the Tongass National Forest, immerse yourself in Tlingit Indian culture and view the world’s largest collection of totem poles.
Day 19 Inside Passage Cruising
This is one of the most famously beautiful passages in all the world.
