AssurePro Auto Product Representative

Reporting to the VP Insurance Services, this role will involve engaging all departments within CAA Saskatchewan and external suppliers to include advertising and media agencies and print material suppliers.

General Description:

Manage Assigned Product Line in order to:

• Support the Strategic Plan for growth of Underwritten Auto Program.

• Achieve budgeted revenue targets, growth and profitability with an emphasis on increasing member/customer base.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop, implement and maintain the underwritten auto insurance program.
• Achieve predetermined underwriting performance with the underwriting group.
• Develop and lead both competitive and customer insights to drive future growth.

• Responsible for management of assigned product.
• Responsible for management of relationships with General Insurance Agency, Accounting, IT and Marketing departments, to achieve growth and profitability objectives and evolution of this product.
• Responsible to achieve revenue targets and margins within constraints of marketing budget.

• Post secondary education, preferably in Insurance, Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3 – 5 years experience in a related field.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and data.
• Proven performance working on a product in an analytical capacity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate product training.
• Highly effective interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills.

The position would be based at CAA Saskatchewan’s Head Office; however, a requirement of the position would be the ability to travel when required.

The position offers a base salary, commission, plus a full range of company sponsored benefits.
