I have been with CAA since 1978 and am currently the branch manager in Prince Albert. During my tenure, I have helped bring about continuous change to ensure we always provide excellence in service and benefits to our Members. It is my pleasure to be serving many third and fourth generation families who are very loyal to CAA. I have been fortunate to take part in working tours to Disney World, Kennedy Space Centre, Cape Canaveral, Busch Gardens in Florida, Disneyland, San Diego Sea World, the Black Hills and, my favorite of all trips, the Yukon. I have also travelled throughout Western Canada and northern Washington state. I continually take part in courses to ensure my knowledge is up-to-date on our travel insurance products, SGI services, and popular domestic travel destinations. I invite you to drop into our Prince Albert office to discuss your membership needs or just to browse through our Travel Store.

Pat Gordon

 I am a Member Service Representative at the Prince Albert office and have been with CAA for several years. On a daily basis, I deal with memberships, travel insurance, merchandise sales, the distribution of auto touring materials to our Members and SGI licence issuing, along with a few other things that might come up during the day. Through CAA, I have had the privilege to go on two familiarization trips, the first to Disneyland and the other to Cody, Wyoming, with a tour through Yellowstone National Park. I would highly recommend a visit to these destinations and would make return trips myself if given the chance.
