I joined CAA in 1994 and am currently a Member Services Representative. During my time with the association, I have worked at both the North and South branches in Regina. Members and non members are welcome to come by our offices to explore all of CAA's services. After three years of assisting motorists at our Emergency Road Service center, I joined the Member Services team in 2006. I have gained extensive knowledge through my years of work experience, combined with the completion of various Auto Travel Counselor and SGI courses. I have assisted customers with CAA memberships, Show Your Card & Save® benefits and promotions, auto touring information/materials, TripTik® packages and SGI transactions. Interacting with people is something that I really enjoy and I do my best to provide excellent customer service. My most recent travelling experience was a visit to the various theme parks and attractions in Orlando, Florida, including Discovery Cove, Aquatica, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens/Tampa Bay. I have also enjoyed sightseeing and touring the Dinosaur sites/museums of Montana, and North and South Dakota. Our South Albert office has an extensive selection of maps, Tourbooks®, and travel information for all destinations. We would be pleased to take care of your travel plans. |

I have been working for CAA Saskatchewan' s Regina South Branch since April 2009, after spending six months with the Emergency Road Service Centre. If you need a TripTik® or any other general information for your road trip, then pull up a chair and get comfy. I love listening to stories about clients' travel adventures and use that information to help others with their own trip planning. We can route out your trip on the computer, or look at maps and find the best route for you. I can sell you medical insurance, traveller's cheques and travel Visas to help you feel more secure in your travels. If you need help with vehicle registrations, drivers licence, or other SGI services, I am your girl for that as well. |
