I have worked in Membership Services at the CAA Saskatoon downtown location since 1986. During that time, I have become very knowledgable about all aspects of CAA and how I can best help my clients, whether it's for hotel reservations, Disney tickets, travel medical insurance or travel money. I have travelled throughout western Canada, into the badlands of the Dakotas and also to Orlando, including several of the theme parks. I am able to help with SGI transactions, such as driver's licence renewal, vehicle registrations and information on bringing vehicles into Saskatchewan from the United States or other Canadian provinces. |

Allison Bouthillette |
I have been with CAA since 2001, when I started as a receptionist at our 8th Street office in Saskatoon. The following year I moved downtown and joined the Member Services team. I've travelled throughout B.C., Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, and have had the pleasure of visiting the Phoenix area as well. The mountains have been my favourite to visit and one day they will be my home. I have taken courses for SGI, Disney and Best Western, just to name a few. I look forward to helping you with any of your auto touring needs, SGI inquiries and transactions, and with any questions regarding your CAA membership. |

I have been with CAA since 2007, working as a Member Service Representative. I assist Members with maps and Tourbooks®, TripTik® routes, SGI services, attraction tickets for California and Florida, and travel money. I enjoy hearing back from Members about their travels and how our assistance enhanced their journey. |

Irene Rivard |
I worked as a Travel Agent pior to joining the downtown CAA office as receptionist, a position I've held since 2005. I work hand-in-hand with the Travel Agency and Member Services. My travels to various places in Western Canada, the United States and Scotland have given me knowledge and experience I can pass on to our Members. I have a variety of duties, including ordering and helping clients with merchandise such as Tilley hats, luggage, Tourbooks®, maps etc. I look forward to continuing to help our clients well into the future. |
