What is CAA Member Pricing?

As one of many perks of being a CAA Member you can receive discounted pricing when shopping at our online CAA Shop or retail locations. If you are currently a CAA Member, don’t forget to add your 16 digit membership number at checkout to unlock exclusive member pricing.  

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping charges are a flat fee of $10 within the province of Saskatchewan for Canada Post delivery. 

Do You Ship Outside of Canada?

No, we currently only ship within the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. 

When will I Receive My Order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

Estimated delivery for standard shipping within Saskatchewan is 3-5 business days from the day the order was processed. 

Delivery time estimates do not include weekends or statutory holidays. During periods of high volume or service disruption at Canada Post, shipping times may be longer than the advertised delivery timeline or temporarily interrupted. In cases such as these, any delivery delays experienced are the responsibility of Canada Post.

Can I ship my order to a CAA store to pick up there?

Yes, you can ship your order to any CAA Saskatchewan Store for convenient and secure pick up. 

Simply select the "Store Pick-Up" option at checkout. We will have someone follow-up with you at the supplied email address to coordinate what CAA Store you will be picking up. When your order arrives in store, we will contact you to let you know it's ready for pickup. Orders not collected from stores within 30 days will be processed as a return and a refund will be automatically processed in the original form of payment. 

What is your return policy?

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt or original online invoice. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging with original tags still attached. 

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned: 

  • Clearance sale items 
  • Undergarments 
  • Socks 
  • Leggings 
  • Hygiene products 
  • Travel pillows 
  • Face Masks 
  • Other items as noted on your receipt/online invoice

How do I return something I've purchased?

Returns by Store

Purchases made in store or online can be returned to any CAA Store within 30 days when accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

Returns by Mail 

Online purchases can be returned (excluding shipping charges) or exchanged by mail to the CAA warehouse when accompanied by the original invoice and received within 30 days.

Prior to shipping a return from an online purchase back to CAA Saskatchewan, please: 

  • Initiate the return process by emailing us at: orders@caask.ca 
  • If you are returning a portion of an order, make a copy of your original invoice to keep for your records should you need to exchange/return any remaining items 

Shipping charges associated with refunds are at the purchaser's expense and will not be refunded. Items returned by mail are the responsibility of the shipper until received by CAA Saskatchewan, so we strongly encourage customers to use a trackable shipping option to ship your return back to us. We are not responsible for shipping delays or for any damage to goods caused by the carrier. Please ensure your customer and billing address information is included in order for us to properly process your return. 

Returns by mail will have the refunds processed in the same form of payment and card as the original purchase. You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions. Please allow 4-6 business days for refund processing. 

What payment methods do you accept online?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards on our online CAA Shop.  

At this time, Members are not able to use CAA gift cards or CAA Dollars® as forms of payment for online orders please visit the nearest CAA store location.
