I joined the CAA Saskatchewan team as the Member Services Manager in April 2007.  During a trip to Orlando, FL, I was able to tour several hotels, Discovery Cove and Sea World.  I would love to discuss with you the first-hand experience I had on this trip.  We always have an extensive selection of North American maps and Tourbooks® on hand.  My staff and I offer our services to you and welcome a visit, a telephone call or an e-mail.

I began working as a Member Services Representative in August of 2000.  In my role, I assist Members with their membership, travel insurance and traveller's cheque needs.  I also help prepare TripTiks® and distribute maps, Tourbooks® and brochures on a variety of travel, insurance, automotive and driver safety topics.  I have completed several auto travel, Best Western and Disney courses and travelled to Deadwood, South Dakota a few years back.  Because we are a smaller office, we are on a first-name basis with the majority of our clients.  This has created a very enjoyable atmosphere in our workplace.
