Making ice is what they have been doing for 156 years; they produce up to 350 tons of ice a day, in crystal clear 335 pound blocks. We will also visit Ryan & Wood Distilleries, where they make the finest small batch, craft distilled spirits. They may even let you try your hand at helping fill bottles or grinding grain for new batches. There will be time after the tour to purchase your just bottled spirits if you wish.  Your lunch will be included today.
