Since 2006, CAA Saskatchewan has provided annual entrance scholarships to eligible Saskatchewan high school graduates planning to attend the University of Saskatchewan, University of Regina, and Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

A $2,500 scholarship is available to the University of Saskatchewan and also to the University of Regina. Applicants must be either a CAA Saskatchewan Member or child of a Member, and a resident of Saskatchewan. The CAA Scholarship deadline date for the U of S is March 1 and the deadline at the U of R is March 15.
CAA scholarships for Saskatchewan students entering Saskatchewan Polytechnic are $3,750 in total and include the Automotive Service Technician program offered at the Saskatoon campus ($1,250) and at the Moose Jaw campus ($1,250), plus the Auto Body Technician Certificate program ($1,250) offered at the Regina campus. The CAA scholarships at Saskatchewan Polytechnic are available July 15 to September 15 to CAA Saskatchewan Members and non-members.

Each educational institution administers the scholarships, including the application forms and selection of successful candidates. The applicants are evaluated on academic excellence, economic needs, and other factors, including participation in extra-curricular activities or community involvement.
CAA Saskatchewan also awards one entrance scholarship of $2,500 to an employee or child of an employee. The successful candidate is determined by academic excellence and selected by CAA Saskatchewan.

I am honoured to be the recipient of the CAA Saskatchewan Scholarship. I currently attend Luther College at the University of Regina pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology. As a high-achieving student, I am managing a full course load of five year-long classes, which is often rather demanding. Alongside my busy schedule, a substantial stressor in my life was figuring out how I was to pay for my education. When I found out I was the recipient of this prestigious scholarship, I was elated, as I was both thankful that my achievements were recognized and thankful that this financial burden has been alleviated. Looking forward, I plan to pursue a career in medicine. This scholarship will help me to achieve my goal in pursuing a career in heath care, where I will be able to serve the community.
