Roadside Assistance will remain open. Our roadside assistance team will do everything they can to get your vehicle mobile, however if a tow is required, we ask Members to find alternative travel arrangements to get themselves to their destination. Members will not be permitted inside CAA vehicles at this time. This is to protect you as well as our staff as our drivers come in contact with many people. Our drivers will remain on scene with you until alternative transportation has arrived.
Safety is in our DNA and for over 100 years CAA has been helping Members on the road. Roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Whether you lock your keys in your car, run out of gas or need a tow or boost, we are here to help you as the driver and passenger in someone else's vehicle.

With your Roadside Assistance coverage, as a Member you are covered for more than just towing your vehicle. We also cover:
- Battery service
- Lockout service
- Gas and delivery
- Flat tire change and replacement
- Towing service
Requesting Roadside? Be prepared with the following information:
- Your CAA membership number
- Your name and address
- The location of the vehicle
- The make, model, year, colour and licence plate number
- The problem with your vehicle
- Your phone number
