As an Insurance Admin, you will support the daily operations of our Insurance Contact Centre by handling inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Working closely with members, clients, brokers, and internal teams, you will play an important role in delivering efficient, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and member inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Triage and direct incoming calls and messages to the appropriate areas.
- Assist with CAA membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
- Support clients with auto insurance inquiries, including basic claims guidance.
- Complete insurance policy updates, revisions, endorsements, and required documentation.
- Gather and submit information to insurance carriers.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records and data entry.
- Ensure work aligns with insurance regulations and internal policies.
- Provide support to brokers, team members, and internal departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Grade 12 education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, licensing, or administrative roles preferred
- Valid SK Restricted Auto License is an asset
- Willingness to obtain a General Insurance Level 1 licence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
This role involves working five days per week, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with scheduling based on business needs.
