Our Prince Albert store is seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Representative to provide a world-class experience to our members. This role is being hired as a full-time permanent position and will report to the Office Manager. A comprehensive benefits package is included with this position.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting, selling, renewing, and upgrading CAA memberships.
- Assessing members needs to determine the best possible solution through the sale, service or referral of appropriate CAA products, services, and memberships.
- Process SGI Motor License issuing services, including vehicle registrations, renewals, driver licensing, and appointment scheduling.
- Issue license plates, renewals, and related documentation accurately.
- Offering members auto travel services which include tour books, trip routings, maps, and insurance, along with other ancillary products and services as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, and processing payments.
Experience & Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role, preferably in an auto licensing or motor vehicle environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Axis System.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
Hours of work for this position are five days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, depending on business requirements.
