We are seeking personable, organized, and enthusiastic Tour Directors to escort and manage our group tours. As the face of WestWorld Tours on the road, you will ensure a high-quality guest experience by overseeing all tour logistics, engaging with guests, managing schedules, and handling unexpected challenges with professionalism and care.
Tour Directors are responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and safe travel experience while upholding the standards of WestWorld Tours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of multi-day group tours (coach, cruise, fly & coach, etc.)
- Represent WestWorld Tours professionally and warmly at all times.
- Greet guests upon arrival and create a welcoming, inclusive group dynamic.
- Manage day-to-day logistics including hotel check-ins, attraction admissions, meals, and timing.
- Communicate regularly with the office team to report tour status and issues.
- Work proactively to solve problems and ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.
- Offer commentary, share destination knowledge, and keep guests informed and entertained.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with empathy and discretion.
- Administer basic trip documentation and expense reporting as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Previous experience in tourism, customer service, hospitality, or group leadership is required.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to remain calm and effective under pressure and in changing situations.
- Experience working with mature travellers is an asset.
- Valid passport and ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S. (and internationally, if required).
- First Aid, CPR and AED certification.
- Tour Director training is considered an asset.
- Must be flexible with availability and able to travel for extended periods (1–3 weeks at a time).
- Ability to lift and carry luggage or materials when necessary.

Please note that it is your responsibility to get yourself to and from the tour’s starting location in Saskatchewan, typically Regina or Saskatoon.
