Pat Friesen

Pat Friesen became a CAA Saskatchewan Member in 2003, joined the CAA Saskatchewan Board of Directors in 2013 and served as vice-chair from 2017 to 2019 and chair from 2019 to 2021. She has chaired the Human Resources Committee and was also a member of the Nominating/Governance Committee. She now serves as the Saskatchewan representative on the National CAA Board of Directors.

Pat resides in Swift Current and operates her own business, Success Business Consulting, which specializes in marketing and communications. She retired after 36 years from her position as Executive Vice- President of Marketing at Innovation Credit Union and currently is a Swift Current City Councillor. Giving back to the community is important to Pat who is a board member for both the Swift Current Broncos, the Swift Current Chamber of Commerce, the Southwest Municipal Government Committee and the Swift Current Creek Watershed Stewards. She has also volunteered for the 2019 Western Canada Summer Games which were hosted in Swift Current. She has worked on several boards and committees including: the Saskatchewan, Canadian and Swift Current Chambers of Commerce; the SaskTel Board of Directors; and Swift Current Agricultural and Exhibition Association.
