Last Chance to Vote for Your Worst Road for CAA’s 2021 Top Ten Worst Roads

Saskatchewan motorists, cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians have until Tuesday, April 27th to vote for the worst roads they have travelled on. The 2021 Top Ten Worst Roads will be revealed on April 28. There are many Saskatchewan roads and highways nominated this year, including:

  • Saskatchewan 4, Dorintosh
  • Saskatchewan 9, Hudson Bay
  • Highway 13, Shaunavon
  • Highway 21, Frenchman Butte No. 501
  • Saskatchewan 35, Weyburn
  • Saskatchewan 8, Moosomin
  • 8th Street East, Saskatoon
  • Wascana Parkway, Regina
  • Saskatchewan 155, La Loche

However, with the many roads and highways nominated, more votes are required to formulate the CAA Top Ten Worst Roads for 2021. If road users including motorists, cyclists, pedestrians, and motorcyclists, want their road or highway on the top ten list, now’s the time to vote!

Voting is easy. Here’s how:

  1. Click https://caaworstroads.com/clubs/saskatchewan/vote/
  2. Select a road - municipal or provincial - and a specific segment or section
  3. Identify what type of road user you are – motorist, cyclist, motorcyclist, or pedestrian and select the ‘problem’ from the provided drop-down menu
  4. Vote - one vote per road per email every 24 hours

Worst roads have potholes, crumbling and fractured pavement, lack of infrastructure for safe use by all road users, and poor or no signage. The purpose of CAA’s Worst Roads campaign is to help highlight problems and dangerous road conditions in the province and to encourage decision makers to address the roads in most need of improvements.
