We're looking for a Member Services Manager to provide strong leadership, drive operational performance, and deliver exceptional member service. This role blends strong business acumen with genuine empathy--someone who can inspire and develop a team while creating authentic connections with clients. You’ll guide your team to success not just through numbers, but through trust, motivation, and meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with empathy: Create an inclusive and supportive environment where team members feel valued, heard, and motivated to perform their best.
- Coach and develop: Provide regular, constructive feedback that builds confidence and skill. Focus on professional growth as well as personal well-being.
- Drive results through relationships: Achieve sales targets by nurturing member partnerships and needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with all business lines to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Monitor performance: Use data-driven insights to guide decisions, while balancing compassion and accountability.
- Foster team engagement: Recognize achievements, celebrate success, and address challenges proactively.
- Champion company values: Model integrity, respect, and empathy in every interaction both internally and externally.
Experience & Requirements:
- Required: CAIB 2 insurance license as a minimum while working towards a full CAIB designation.
- Proven experience in a sales role (3+ years preferred) within the Insurance Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional communication and active listening abilities.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A positive can-do attitude.

This position works Monday to Friday and reports to the General Manager, Insurance Services, with the potential to expand into a provincial leadership role. Applications will be accepted until a suitable candidate is found.
