Are you ready to join Canada's most trusted insurance brand? CAA Saskatchewan is looking for a dedicated Regional Insurance Manager to oversee our Southern Saskatchewan offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional teams by providing regular coaching, training, and guidance during visits to various branches.
  • Handle insurance inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to CAA Members and customers, supporting Brokers and other CAA staff as needed.
  • Contribute to the retention of our existing book of business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Possess CAIB or CIP designations.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Previous experience in habitational insurance is essential.
  • Demonstrate superior organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including tact, diplomacy, empathy, and discretion.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and proficiency in computer skills, including Applied EPIC.

Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.25 hours per day.
