A Message to Members from CAA

It's a challenging time right now for all of us, and as always CAA is there for you.

For the health and welfare of our Members, clients and staff, the 12 CAA Stores in Saskatchewan will be temporarily closed to the public, effective at the close of business, March 18, 2020.  All services will still be available by phone, email, or internet.  Our Stores will also be temporarily closed on Saturdays. Other CAA services, such as roadside assistance and The Regina Battery Depot, will remain open, but with additional safety measures in place.

Our roadside assistance team will do everything they can to get your vehicle mobile, however if a tow is required, we ask Members to find alternative travel arrangements to get themselves to their destination. Members will not be permitted inside CAA vehicles at this time. This is to protect you as well as our staff as our drivers come in contact with many people. Our drivers will remain on scene with you until alternative transportation has arrived. Mobile Battery service in Regina and Saskatoon will be unavailable at this time.
CAA Saskatchewan is taking action to limit contact with the public while still being there for you, our Members and clients. We have been closely monitoring the rapidly-evolving COVID-19 situation, and are following guidelines issued by all levels of Government.

We are here to serve you online or by phone:

  • Call us at 1.800.564.6222
  • Request Roadside Assistance online or download the CAA App for Android or iPhone or call 1.800.222.4357.
  • To renew your membership or update your information create an online account or sign in now

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
We appreciate the cooperation and loyalty of our Members and clients during these changing times, and remain committed to providing a high level of service while doing our part to contain the spread of this virus.

Be safe.

President and CEO, CAA Saskatchewan
